Serving the Central Coast from San Luis Obispo to Paso Robles, I specialize in helping horses feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether your horse needs a gentle reset, a deeper recovery, or targeted attention for a specific issue, I’m here to provide the care and support they need.

Bodywork sessions are designed to help your horse feel their best, both physically and emotionally. Each session is tailored to your horse’s unique needs, with a gentle approach that fosters relaxation and healing.

I begin by understanding your horse’s current state—whether they’re dealing with stress, tension, or just need a tune-up. From there, I use techniques like massage, fascia release, and energy healing to address any areas of discomfort, improving movement and overall well-being.

Horses often respond quickly to bodywork, with many relaxing deeply or even falling asleep as tension melts away. With each session, I work at a pace that’s comfortable for your horse, ensuring they feel safe and supported every step of the way.

When your horse is experiencing severe discomfort, they might be resistant to being worked on. That is okay! Energy work will help them get to the point of being able to release more deeply. Shorter, lighter sessions often work best to start in these cases.

Whether it’s for general maintenance or to address a specific concern, bodywork helps your horse feel rejuvenated and balanced. It’s not just about physical relief, but about supporting their mental and emotional health, too.

Benefits of Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that targets the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body. Myofascial release is  used to alleviate tension, improve range of motion, increase circulation, release trapped emotions, and enhance overall well-being. It involves applying gentle pressure and sustained stretching to release restrictions in the fascia.

Every horse is unique and deserves personalized care. My toolkit of modalities can address the specific needs of each client, promoting overall wellness, mood and performance. I combine intuitive energy healing with myofascial release techniques to provide a personalized, holistic approach to you and your horse’s health.
